ZS Series Gravel Pump Parameters
Overview
ZS series gravel pump is
mainly used because the particles are too large for the general slag pump can not be transported
by the continuous long-distance transport of strong abrasive materials. Suitable for dredging
vessels, sand pumping vessels, dredging river channels, mining and metal smelting slag
transport.
Structural and features
1, ZS series gravel
pumps by the pump head, sealing components, bearing components, carriers
and so on.
2, overflow part (pump body, impeller, front guard, rear guard plate, sub impeller, filler box,
etc.) are high-strength wear-resistant alloy castings, with good corrosion resistance. The
transport particles are large and have a long service life.
3, pump channel wide and smooth, good corrosion performance, high efficiency, wear
resistance.
4, the pump lubrication mode of thin oil lubrication, and water-cooling device, extended bearing
life.
5, transmission mode has triangular belt transmission, elastic coupling drive, gear gearbox
transmission. A variety of speeds and deformation methods allow the pump to operate in optimum
operating conditions. High operating efficiency, can meet a variety of types of poor transport
conditions.
